Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Money Orders and Personal Checks made payable to Wendy Hill. When a personal check is used, the merchandise is shipped after the check has had a chance to clear the bank, usually within 8 business days.

Shipping Options
All orders are shipped UPS Ground or 1st Class U.S. Mail. Should you require Express shipping, please contact us at info@wendyhill.com. Sorry, we do not offer COD shipments.

Delivery Time
Orders for all in-stock merchandise are processed within 48 hours. Items being shipped by UPS Ground delivery should be received within 10 days. Downloaded product purchases generate emails containing a link to your product. These emails should be recieved within an hour of your payment verification.

Shipping and Handling Charges
These charges are determined by the number of items and total price of your order. Charges for your order are displayed inside the shopping cart on the PayPal site. Shipping charge applies only to orders shipped within the Continental United States. All other locations will be charged the amount it costs us to ship the product. Downloaded products are not subjuect to shipping charges. California orders are subject to sales tax.

If one of our products does not meet your satisfaction please call or e-mail us your name, address, daytime phone number and reason for product dissatisfaction within 30 days of purchase. We will contact you and issue a product return authorization that will allow you to return the product for a full refund. Please Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. All return items must be in as shipped and reusable condition. All sales are final for downloadable products.

Warranty Information

All items are warranted free from defects for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. If your items fails to operate properly under normal conditions, due to defects in material or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced.
